Privacy policy

This policy describes how Hyperdata LLC, the operator of hyperholonic.io ("we," "us"), handles information during the platform's alpha release. It is part of the terms of service, served beside this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what the service needs to run:

• Account information. A username, an email address, and a password. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes; we cannot read them.
• Your content. The data you store on the platform, kept to serve it back to you and to the people and software you authorize.
• Beta access requests. An email address and an optional note, if you submit the request form.
• Access credentials you create. Tokens you issue for agents and applications, stored so the platform can recognize them.
• Operational records. Standard server logs (including IP addresses and requested addresses) and session records that keep you signed in. These exist to operate, secure, and debug the service.

We do not collect analytics profiles, and the platform sets no advertising or tracking cookies — only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery.

How we use it

Your email address is used to operate your account, to send an invitation if you requested beta access, and to contact you about material changes to the service or these policies. Your content is used solely to provide the service: storing it, serving it as you direct, and maintaining backups. Logs and session records are used to keep the service working and secure.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties, except service providers that host our infrastructure, and then only as needed to run the service. We do not read your content, except in the narrow cases where operating the service requires it — diagnosing a fault you report, investigating abuse of the platform, or complying with a legal obligation.

The alpha release

The platform is pre-release software. Stored data — including account data and content — may be lost or deliberately reset during the alpha, as the terms of service describe. Operational logs are kept only as long as operating the pre-release service requires. Do not store information on the platform that you are not prepared to lose, and keep your own copies of anything important.

Your choices and rights

You can export all of your content at any time using the platform's export tools. You can delete content yourself, revoke any token you have issued, and end your sessions by logging out. To delete your account and its data, write to the operator; we will remove your account information and content, except what we must retain briefly in backups or to meet a legal obligation. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information — to access, correct, or delete it. Write to the operator to exercise them; we honor such requests regardless of jurisdiction.

Children

The service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone below the age required to consent to these terms in their jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the platform evolves. The current version always lives at this address, dated above. We will announce material changes on the platform.
